Pricing & Shipping

Individual item pricing shown on this website is exclusive of delivery charges and shown in Australian dollars (AUD). The PayPal system we use will apply an itemised insured freight charge based on the contents of your order, and assuming standard delivery to an Australian destination.

For our international customers who are not liable for GST, or for local customers who require a special delivery method please, refer to the following on how we will process your transaction and determine the final payment value (subject to your acceptance).

AUSTRALIAN Customers

We will only transfer funds in accordance with you purchase once your items are ready for dispatch. Typically this will be within 48 hours of receiving your order.

In the unlikely event that an item is temporarily unavailable we will contact you to seek instructions, including:

delaying delivery until all items are available,
splitting the delivery (with additional shipping costs at Correlates expense), or
cancelling the order.

Pricing:

The GST inclusive price is applicable to all Australian customers, and reflects the current 10% rate levied by the Australian Federal Government on goods and services.

Shipping:

Shipping will be calculated based on you order and is visible in the shopping cart prior to confirming payment. By default we use Australia Post to provide a reliable cost effective delivery service throughout Australia..

If you have a special or urgent delivery requirement or wish to include insurance, please add a note in your order and we will contact you to make the necessary arrangements prior to shipping.

Delivery:

All deliveries will require a signature to acknowledge receipt.

INTERNATIONAL Customers

Any freighting amount indicated in the PayPal shopping cart is for domestic (Australian) delivery and will need to be individually recalculated, based on the international destination and order specific details. Furthermore verified international customers are not liable for GST and this will be removed from the final invoiced amount.

After you have placed an initial order and BEFORE we transfer any funds we will seek your acceptance of:

Proposed shipping method plus associated costs, and
Final all inclusive order pricing (free of GST).

If you choose not to proceed with your order, no charges will be made to you, and we will void the PayPal transaction. If we do not hear back from you within 10 calendar days we will void the order.

Pricing:

Purchasers outside of Australia are eligible for GST free pricing, however you will be liable to pay any local import duties, tariffs or other taxes that may be imposed by your own local or national authorities.

All payments received by Correlate Pty. Ltd. are in Australian dollars (AUD), with PayPal or your card provider (as applicable) applying a currency conversion rate and/or charges.

Shipping:

Please indicate any shipping preferences at time or order, else we will calculate charges assuming use of standard international mail services. If you require expedited EXPRESS delivery please indicate a required date of receipt.
